During this program the focus is to help the body naturally eliminate accumulated toxins. We are exposed to things every day either intentionally or unintentionally that our body considers foreign or toxin. These can include things like processed foods, caffeine, artificial sweeteners, smoke, pesticides, medications, alcohol, etc. Toxins once entering the body are fat-soluble so they have a natural affinity to be stored in our fat cells. The toxins “attach” to the fat cells outer membrane and cause the cells to continually release a hormone called Leptin that plays a key role in regulating energy, appetite and metabolism. Excess levels of Leptin cause a receptor failure meaning the brain stops communicating fullness, this leads to continuous weight gain, which is not how you want to start the New Year. Water intake will also be playing a critical role during this phase to help dilute the toxins.

During this phase we will be using nutritional formulas to assist in detoxification.

Supplement Instructions:

Morning: For Breakfast, mix 2 scoops of Love and Peas powder with 12oz of cold water and shake. You can add ice and any allowed fruits and blend if desired but the important thing is to keep it as simple as possible. Take one NutriBiome Elevated Eleven capsule with breakfast. Take one packet of Super Trio.

Evening: Take one packet of CleanStart cleansing drink mix powder mixed in 8-12oz of water and one packet of the CleanStart capsules one hour before dinner. Drink immediately. Take one NutriBiome Elevated Eleven capsule with dinner. Take one Super Trio with dinner.

Drink plenty of water throughout the day. Recommended is ½ of your body weight in ounces of water per day. Add Liquid Chlorophyll in your water generously through out the day.

DETOX Program Food Plan:

Begin to eliminate potentially allergenic foods. Eat only what is listed on your New Year, New You! Shopping List. There are no caloric restrictions. However, portion size is important. As always, try to eat a healthy variety of foods. For best results, follow as exact as possible whether at home or when dining out.
