Brenda M. Montrella, N.D., CNHP, CNC is a nutritional consultant who advocates traditional naturopathic, non-invasive therapies in her work.  Brenda built Everything Natural Under the Sun, a successful natural health store and a thriving holistic center, that has served Central Pennsylvania for the past 15 years. She is a passionate educator with Nauture's Sunshine.  Recognized as a natural health authority, Brenda is a popular speaker for universities, special interest groups and corporations.

Brenda received her Bachelor of Science degree from Pennsylvania State University and her doctor of naturopathy degree from Trinity College of Natural Health. She is also a Certified Natural Health Practitioner and a Certified Nutritional Counselor.

Brenda Montrella treats the cause of the symptoms or imbalance of the body with herbs, minerals, detoxifying regimens, dietary changes, homeopathic remedies, and stress reduction.  Assortments of these approaches are used in an attempt to boost your natural defense, restore good health, and prevent disease.

While receiving my degree in Bachelors of Science in Biobehavioral Health from Penn State University, I first began my journey into nutrition and natural healthcare by attending seminars at Everything Natural.  I became employed at Everything Natural and truly began my learning experience in nutrition and wellness.  While working at the store, I was studying for my Medical College Admission Test and planning on attending medical school when my pursuit of understanding how prevention of illness and disease became my passion.  This led me down the path to the naturopathic and holistic approach to health and healing.  I obtained certifications as a Certified Natural Health Professional and a Certified Nutritional Consultant and began graduate education in Traditional Naturopathy. After having my own practice for several years , I wanted to bring more knowledge to my practice and clients; therefore, I chose to advance my career by attending PSU and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2010. 

I am devoted to helping people in the community obtain their optimum level of wellness by providing a holistic and integrative approach to healthcare. I look forward to providing an integrative approach to health and wellness by combining my experience in naturopathy and holistic health with my nursing experience and traditional healthcare.
